Leaving Pwllheli

Sad few days saying goodbye to all our families and friends, lots of tears and lots of beers. Thanks for all the good wishes.

Weather kept us in the marina for 5 days but we got going on Thursday 3rd August and headed for Milford Haven. We flew through night reefed in and heeled over at 10 knots in places, obvioulsy assisted by the tide. Thanks to Terry and Sue for the greatest video of us leaving.

Two nights in Milford Haven marina, very friendy locals and loads of great boats. Then on to the Scillies on Sunday. Weather permitting. Time for a drink – Cheers.
